Tuition and Fees

Tuition, fees and registration costs are set each year by the Board of Directors, communicated at the time of registration, and available through the Business Office. These fees can be paid either in advance or through automatic monthly ACH Debit to your checking account.

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $9,185. For the 2010-2011 school year, registration for incoming students is $500. For the 2011-2012 school year, registration for freshmen, sophomores and juniors will be $525. The senior fee will be $410. Both of these fees will be due in February of 2011.

A limited amount of financial assistance is available. Inquiries should be directed to Accounts Receivable.

Students who have unpaid fees or tuition will not be permitted to take semester examinations. Click here for the 2010-11 Tuition Policy.

For the 2010-2011 academic year, families applying for tuition assistance will do so through Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). This secure, online service is to streamline the data-collection process and ensure that financial aid is granted to those families who are most in need. FAST will collect and compile the data and make recommendations based upon factors specific to the local economy; however, the SJA Tuition Assistance Committee will make all final decisions regarding financial aid.

The online application process for tuition assistance for the 2011-2012 academic year will begin February 14 and end March 15, 2011. There is a $34 application fee. Instructions and envelopes for mailing your tax information to FAST are available in the Business Office (Mother Alice Hall). If you would like this information mailed to you, please contact Jennifer Jones at 388-2234 or jonesj@sjabr.org.

Beginning on February 14, you will find a FAST link for online applications on the home page of the SJA website (www.sjabr.org). If you do not have access to the internet, you are welcome to come to campus to complete the application. For more information or to schedule a time to utilize an SJA computer, contact Jennifer Jones.
